Since 1983, a psychotherapist and research consultant at the Barr Harris Center for the Study of Separation and Loss in Childhood, a part of the Institute for Psychoanalysis in Chicago, Mr. Webber's sensitive, patient work with bereaved children is remarkable. He received his master's degree in social work from the University of Chicago and his certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Therapy Program of the Institute for Psychoanalysis in Chicago. He is currently an Advanced Candidate in the Adult and Child Psychoanalysis Program at the Institute. In addition to his work at the Barr Harris Center, he has published on the topic of Childhood Bereavement in a number of books and journals, and has presented at clinical conferences nationally and internationally.
